Warranty Coverage & Exclusions

At SONISER LLC, we offer a Limited 30-Day Warranty for all mechanical parts from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the original invoice or an extended warranty is purchased. Warranty formats may vary between 30, 60, or 90 days depending on the price and specific conditions.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Electrical parts and items sold as “extra sale” or “as-is” are considered final sales and are not covered by any warranty.
  • The warranty covers only the replacement or store credit for the purchased part; it does not include labor or repair costs under any circumstances.
  • The warranty will be void if the part shows damage, has been tampered with, has missing components, or lacks the original store markings.

Requirements for Warranty Claims:

  • The original invoice must be presented; duplicates, copies, or pictures are not accepted.
  • Parts must be installed correctly, following the provided pre-installation procedures.

Drivetrain components and other products are sold without fluids, and it is the customer’ responsibility to replace these fluids and external components as needed.

Shipping Policy

The customer assumes all shipping costs, which are non-refundable. SONISER LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit; however, we will assist in filing claims with the respective shipping company.

Shipping Conditions:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to both the shipping company and SONISER LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, no returns or exchanges will be processed.

Key Policies:

  • Defective parts will be replaced or refunded if no replacement is available.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover operational costs.
  • Parts must be returned in the same condition as received, including original markings, and must not have been tampered with.
